Plotini Allestimenti has over 80 years of experience in the design and production of custom-made furniture and interior fittings for retail stores, offices, showrooms, restaurants, as well as exhibition stands, trade fairs and events. Our headquarters are located in Corsico, along Milan’s western ring road, and cover a total area of 6,000 square meters, with 3,000 sqm dedicated to in-house production and 3,000 sqm used as warehouse space for storage and logistics. Over the decades, we have collaborated with some of the most renowned Italian architecture and design studios, including Franco Albini, Achille Castiglioni, Pierluigi Cerri, Vittorio Gregotti, Franca Helg, Italo Lupi, Bob Noorda, Giulio Cappellini, Michele De Lucchi, Calvi & Brambilla, Ferruccio Laviani, Piero Lissoni, and many others, delivering projects both in Italy and internationally. All our exhibitions, stands and bespoke interior solutions are developed through a meticulous focus on quality, technical precision, and full respect for the original architectural concept, combined with a client-oriented service tailored to specific needs and timelines. Advanced Production Technology Our production facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery designed to handle complex custom manufacturing projects across multiple materials, including wood, plastics and metal. The workshop includes: - 5-axis CAD/CAM machining centers - Laser edge banding machine - XL panel saw - Industrial press - Automatic sanding machine - Automatic aluminum cutting system - Traditional carpentry machinery- A dedicated painting department with spray booth This advanced setup allows us to deliver high-precision custom furniture, retail interiors and exhibition structures, ensuring efficiency, consistency and superior finishing quality. 3D Design and Contract Project Management All production processes are coordinated using advanced 3D design and engineering software, specifically developed for the management of complex contract and fit-out projects. This digital workflow ensures accurate planning, optimized production and seamless coordination between design, manufacturing and installation phases. Innovation in Materials and Structural Systems Continuous investment in technology, research and materials has enabled Plotini Allestimenti to develop innovative modular aluminum structural system named Crossmetal, ideal for a wide range of applications, including: - Platforms and stages - Interior partition walls - Suspended and overhead structures - Temporary pavilions- Event chalets and temporary buildings These systems combine lightweight design, structural strength and modular flexibility, making them particularly suitable for events, exhibitions and temporary architectural installations.
