Dal Victoria and Albert Museum di Londra alla Biennale di Venezia, dalla Triennale a Palazzo Reale a Milano, dal MAXXI a Galleria Borghese a Roma, Plotini ha realizzato alcune delle Mostre più importanti vantando collaborazioni eccellenti con i migliori progettisti e curatori sia in Italia che all'estero.
